Richard manages the back end operations and business processes of Foundations.

Alicia Black is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and serves as the Director of Clinical Director of Operations for Foundations in Behavior.  Alicia has worked in the field of behavior analysis for over 17 years.   She has worked as a behavior assistant, teacher, behavior specialist in the public schools, and behavior analyst.  Her primary areas of interest are staff training, applied behavior analysis in the natural environment, and enhancing behavior analysis services in residential treatment group homes.  She has expertise in both discrete trial instruction and natural environment teaching.  Over the past 17 years, she has worked in clinics, home-based settings, and group homes.  She provides applied behavior analysis services at Foundations, oversees all medical consultations with psychiatrists and other doctors, and oversees the creation of all behavior plans and replacement programs.

Lorne Balmer is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and serves as the Executive Director of Operations for Foundations in Behavior.  Lorne has worked in the field of behavior analysis for over 2 years, but he has extensive experience with creating contingency management systems at both the classroom and school-wide level.  He has worked as a teacher in the public education system, behavior specialist in the group home setting, and as a behavior analyst.  His primary areas of interest are direct instruction, conducting curricular assessments, acquisition programming, and contingency management systems.  He currently works in both the home-based and group home setting.  He has expertise in natural environment training and staff training.  He currently provides applied behavior analysis services at Foundations in Behavior, oversees client authorizations and billing, completes the hiring process for all candidates, and manages all operational issues.
